✨あまったカレールーで簡単アレンジ！ 『旨出汁たっぷりカレーうどん』 【材料】（2人分） 冷凍うどん…2玉 豚バラスライス…200g 油揚げ…50g 長ネギ…1本 水溶き片栗粉（お水大さじ1・片栗粉大さじ1） お水…800ml 白だし…大さじ3 カレールー…2かけ 【作り方】 ① 下準備 ・長ネギは白い部分と青い部分に分け、白い部分は斜め1cm幅に切る。青い部分はみじん切りにする。 ・油揚げは5mm幅に切る（油抜きが必要な場合は、先に油抜きをしてから切る）。 ・豚バラ肉は5cm幅に切る。 ② 煮込む 鍋にお水と白だしを入れて中火で熱し、豚バラ肉を1枚ずつ加える。 長ネギの白い部分を加えて沸騰させ、アクを丁寧に取る。 油揚げを入れて中火で3分ほど煮込む。 火を止めてカレールーを入れ、よく混ぜて溶かす。 弱火にして水溶き片栗粉を加え、とろみをつける。 ③ 仕上げ 冷凍うどんを加熱（電子レンジまたは鍋で茹でる）。 器にうどんを盛り、上からカレー出汁をかける。 お好みで刻んだ長ネギの青い部分をトッピングして完成 #料理 #cooking #yummy #japanesefood #カレーうどん
